For every product we sell, the name and contact details of the manufacturer and, where the manufacturer is established outside the EU, of the responsible person in the EU are available on request and, where applicable, on the product page or packaging, in accordance with the EU General Product Safety Regulation (EU) 2023/988.
Old electrical and electronic devices must not be disposed of with household waste. The crossed-out wheeled bin symbol on a device indicates this. As an owner, you are required to dispose of old devices separately, for example at municipal collection points. Before handing in devices, remove batteries and lamps that can be removed without damaging the device, and delete any personal data stored on them; you are responsible for doing so.
As a distributor of electrical and electronic equipment, we are obliged to take back old devices free of charge in accordance with the German Electrical and Electronic Equipment Act (ElektroG):

Batteries and rechargeable batteries must not be disposed of with household waste. You are legally obliged to return used batteries, which you can do free of charge at municipal collection points, in retail stores or by returning them to us. The crossed-out bin symbol means the battery must not be disposed of with household waste; the chemical symbols Pb, Cd or Hg below it indicate that the battery contains more than 0.004% lead, 0.002% cadmium or 0.0005% mercury.
We participate in a dual system for the collection and recycling of sales packaging and are registered in the LUCID packaging register of the Central Agency Packaging Register (ZSVR). LUCID registration number: [DE ...]

We create the content of our store with great care. However, we cannot guarantee that it is always accurate, complete and up to date. As a service provider we are responsible for our own content under general law.
