Confirm withdrawal

Use this form to formally declare your withdrawal from a purchase; this is a legal declaration by which you cancel the contract for an item, several items or an entire order, within 14 days of receiving it. Once submitted, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your request. If you do not receive the withdrawal confirmation email either in your main email inbox or in your spam folder, please contact our customer service. Please note: submitting this form does not replace returning the items – you will need to return the products to us following our usual returns process.
